How do I return an item?
General Merchandise Return Policy
We want every Debrix.com shopping experience to be convenient, easy and fun! We have an unconditional return policy on all NEW items purchased. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our products we will be happy to give you a prompt refund, credit or exchange (see note below for special ordered goods) ONCE ALL OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS ARE MET.
You have up to 30 days after receipt of your merchandise to contact Debrix Cycles for Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) to return the product(s) for a full refund, less all freight.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA#) issued only by a customer service agent at Debrix Cycles. Email email@example.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#).
Return your purchase to Debrix Cycles at 1442 East Lincoln Avenue, Orange, CA, 92865, freight prepaid within 10 days of receiving your Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).
Include your RMA# on the outside of all packages to be returned.
The product must be in "resalable" or "like-new condition" and in its original packaging with all hardware and/or paperwork included. Any part which shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to
manufacturer’s instructions, and/or subjected to improper handling, will not be eligible for return. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a restocking fee of 25%.
There is no warranty on
exhaust pipes and mufflers with regard to discoloration. Blueing or
discoloration is caused by tuning characteristics, cam timing,
carburetor jetting, and/or overheating, and is NOT a manufacturer defect.
NOTE: Return policy for special order items will be subject to the discretion of Debrix. Each instance will be taken on an individual basis.
